Reiki means universal life energy and is one of the oldest healing methods.  By laying on of hands, the energy in the body begins to flow and helps us to gently break through blockages and resistance and to bring stagnant energy back into the flow.

Reiki helps you relax, calm down, release blockages and activate your self-healing powers.

Reiki is used to increase overall well-being and address a variety of issues. Experiences and studies have shown this again and again, for example:

– Stress relief
– Better sleep quality
– Relieve pain and discomfort through Relaxation
– Regulation of feelings such as fears
– Improve concentration and creativity
– Supporting healing processes in the body

Reiki can also be used to promote spiritual growth and support spiritual practices.

However, Reiki should not be viewed as a substitute for medical treatment and no medical diagnosis should be made.

Reiki supports you in bringing body, mind and soul into harmony, reducing stress and activating the body's natural healing powers. By transferring spiritual life energy from the palms of the practitioner to the recipient, energy blockages in the body are dissolved and the flow of energy is promoted.

On the body level, the practice leads to activation of the sympathetic nervous system and the heart rate increases, adrenaline increasespoured out. In the As the session progresses, you breathe more calmly, your sympathetic nervous system slows down and your parasympathetic nervous system is activated - you find peace again.

During the practice, the CO2 content in the body decreases and the Ph value increases and becomes alkaline. This boosts the immune system and eliminates acidity. Athletes, for example, also use it to reduce inflammation in the body. Because of the low Co2, you can hold your breath for a very long time.

Inner exploration and the opportunity to experience psychedelic experiences.

What is a Reiki treatment?

A Reiki treatment is a form of energy work in which the Reiki practitioner places their hands on or near the recipient's body to increase the flow of energy and release stress and tension in the body. Typically, the treatment is performed on a massage table or chair while the recipient remains fully clothed.
